Catonsville Short Line Trail Construction delayed by weather
After years of planning and preperation, the Catonsville Short Line Trail between Maiden Choice Lane and Paradise Ave. was resurfaced with a crush and run (CR6) gravel surface March 4 -12, 2013. Work began intensely on this section on November 6, 2011 when volunteers began widened the trail from 4′ to 12′ while other volunteers were working on funding this project. For approximately 2-3 days, dump trucks dropped off stone on the trail. As of March 6, the trail was almost complete needing only 125 feet more to finish on the Paradise side of trail.
