Many people refer to Catonsville as “Music City” but we think it should be called “Mural City”. Start off the New Year with a healthy 2 mile hike from the Paradise 7-Eleven to Duesenberg’s and back and visit 8 murals/works of art. The tour will be led by local mural artist, Edward Williams who will provide fun facts about each piece of public art.
Here is what you get! Town Crier, Squire Frederick Taylor, will kick off the event, free coffee & refreshments compliments of Joe and Pam Chilcoat of 7-Eleven – Catonsville. Guides will lead a narrated hike through Paradise/Catonsville of 8 outdoor murals.
$5 suggested donation will benefit Catonsville Rails To Trails and projects of the Partners in Paradise.
Inclement weather information will be available on this website.
Thanks to Dr. Cheryl Burke at Paradise Animal Hospital, Joe and Pam Chilcoat, and Town Crier, Squire Frederick Taylor.
Please note that the tour will begin in Paradise and travel across the new Beltway bridge into the heart of Catonsville at Mellor Ave. and back to Paradise.
